She is a triple state title holder, capturing MAO titles in Tennessee, Texas, and Arkansas, as well as placing 5th runner up for the title of Miss Tennessee twice throughout her MAO journey. One of Jessica’s greatest accomplishments was not only breaking ground as the very first and only Speed Painter in the history of Miss Tennessee to capture a talent preliminary award with art by painting the face of Christ in only 90 seconds upside down but she is the first ever contestant in the Miss America Organization to paint Jesus for her talent. Jessica was the very first recognized speed painter in the Miss America Organization because of her Jesus painting and today her talent accomplishments have paved the way for speed painting as an award winning talent in the MAO system. As a graduate of Memphis College of Art, and current seminary student at Union University, Jessica is a multidisciplinary artist & is the CEO/ owner + lead designer of The Birds Nest Co., as well as the founder of Unbound Ministries. As an overcomer of poverty herself, Jessica's heartbeat is for Girls Ministry and helping at-risk youth, thus, she developed Unbound. Unbound is an empowerment ministry that seeks to free at-risk girls from poverty, as well as create a better tomorrow for all at-risk youth by providing resources, creating awareness, and restoring hope and dignity to the under-served youth of our nation utilizing a three step model Jessica created and implemented throughout Tennessee. Jessica received national recognition from the Miss America Organization in 2014 for Unbound and the project was awarded the Miss America Community Service Award. Today, Jessica is currently in seminary pursuing her Masters of Divinity with hopes to one day build an Unbound Dream Center to better invest in/ empower/ and free an even greater number of at-risk youth. Jessica was recently featured on season 2 of A&E's new reality television show, Country Bucks, to speed paint live a painting for celebrity, Matt Busbice, to go in his ranch in Wyoming. Both her speed paintings and custom art works have been purchased by churches, organizations, and celebrities such as NFL player, Deangelo Williams, as well as helped raise thousands of dollars for different charities nation-wide.
